We offer a 7-day unconditional refund policy for all paid subscription plans. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your initial payment — no questions asked.

3. Processing Time

Refund requests are typically processed within 3-5 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

4. After a Refund

Once your refund is processed, your paid subscription will be cancelled and your account will be downgraded to the free tier. You will retain access to all free features of OpenTypeless. You are welcome to re-subscribe at any time.

5. Exceptions

Refund requests made after the 7-day window will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We strive to be fair and reasonable in all situations. Abuse of the refund policy (such as repeated subscribe-and-refund cycles) may result in refund requests being declined.
