OpenTypeless is an open-source desktop application that provides AI-powered voice input with text polishing. The software is available as a free download under the MIT License. We also offer optional paid subscription plans with additional features through our website.

The free version of OpenTypeless does not require an account. For paid subscription plans, you must provide a valid email address and payment information. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Payments are processed by Creem, our Merchant of Record, who handles all billing and payment-related matters.

You are responsible for: - Providing your own API keys for third-party STT and LLM providers - Complying with the terms of service of any third-party providers you use - Maintaining the security of your API keys and account credentials - Using the service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations - Not using the service for any illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes

The quality of speech-to-text transcription and AI text polishing depends on the third-party providers you choose and is not guaranteed by OpenTypeless.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OpenTypeless and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the service.

You may stop using OpenTypeless at any time. For paid subscriptions, you may cancel at any time and your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to paid services for violations of these terms, with reasonable notice where possible.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first.
